Carlos, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing valuable insights on local attractions and even a shopping trolley for our convenience.Our children were enthralled by the numerous play areas, and the TV movie room was a hit for cozy family evenings. The communal spaces like the palm tree garden and hot tub provided ample opportunities for relaxation. The on-site activities catered well to families, with the kids particularly enjoying the poolside.Alicante's charm extended to the family-friendly amenities at the hotel, making it an ideal destination for a memorable holiday. A special mention to Carlos for his warm hospitality, adding a personal touch to our stay. We left with cherished memories, eager to return for another family adventure.
